Together we'll explore the practice of choosing a Word of the Year, experience a guided intention-setting sound bath, and spend quiet time listening for the word that wants to accompany you through the season ahead.
There is no right or wrong word - only the one that resonates most deeply with your own journey. Participants are welcome to share their experience, though sharing is always optional.
