We want your experience with AltarSeed to feel thoughtful, clear, and supportive. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Handcrafted Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred with the order.

Because many AltarSeed items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, natural variations are not considered defects.

Workshops & Events

Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before an event may be non-refundable due to preparation and material costs. When possible, registration may be transferred to a future event or another participant.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable products, journals, guides, and digital resources, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Custom Work

Custom commissions, personalized wreaths, and special-order projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Specific timelines, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be discussed individually for custom projects.
